How do i do it guys? I want to look like the guys in Abercrombie Catalogues. ( I know that sounds bad, but chicks love it apparently)
Ok, I have been working the last six months or so on breaking my big bulky football muscles down, and concentrating on "cutting up". Decent diet, Hydroxycut, Creatine, and a hellacious circuit training have gotten me to where im about 75% of my goal. Now, a plateau, but not a powerlifter plateau. More of a development plateau. Arms aren't getting much more cut and staying the same size, chest isnt getting that much bigger, gut is getting softer, sholdiers are solid but not gaining. I hit a wall.
The good news is that im 100% determined to get through it. The bad news is that i dont know quite how to boost my workout. How do i do it guys? Main questions are on what should i start taking, and what should i do to rid the stomach of all fat?
-What multi vitamin?
-Creatine?
-Protein?
-Hydroxycut or should i goto Animal Cuts?
-Specific cardio workout?
