Hey everyone im 24/m im trying to cut all the mcdonalds, wendys, burger king out....its like so hard for me....i try,try,try and i cant do it....im not over weight my meto is still fast but im afraid when it slows ill gain alot of weight...what can i do to stop the fast food craving?
Discipline. Try and take food with you when you go out. Lunch to work etc. A good idea is to literally talk to yourself when you get the craving e.g. Tell the thought to get stuffed or any other colourful adjective that you may prefer to use.
You just have to make conscious decisions to not do it.
