Avoiding the fried foods is always good like you do, if you want abs: 1, either do crunches 2, check up one of the programs in ft.. they help

There is no cereal you can eat all day and have abs....you need lean protein sources, and you need to work your abs with resistance.

You need to drop to near 10% bodyfat in order to be able to showcase abs, which would be hard to procure/maintain if your eating nothing but cereal all day. In addition to that, as BB1 said, use weights with your ab exercises.

you mentioned a gym. if your gym has it there is a machine that works the abs. (since i'm wieghtlifting dumb i just look at the little pictures on the side of the machine explaining the mucsle groups that particular one works) i personally love it because i'm not laying on my back doing crunches. i tend to pull on my neck and my abs feel really sore later that day or the next day.

I really recommend the FT program. It really helped my with my abs and i'm sure it will help you too. Do crunches, twisting crunches which will help too. even though you might be full of exams you should still eat well. Good luck man
