I set up my personal fitness plan and I did the first workout today. I went back in and put in my number of reps but I have a question about the weight input. I did the home exercise program. What should I put in as weight for things like push-ups etc.?? Thank you in advance for any help.

I usually just put in a 1 if I did them, and 0 if I didn't. Some people put their body weight. I use 1 so that, not only do I know that I did them, but also so that I can add when I hold weights to make myself heavier. If I hold a 45 lb weight, then I put 10 reps of 45 or whatever.

Hope this helps.
