I herd that if you constantly loose weight and gain weight you get stretch marks. Well I have a healthy diet eating plan and I run everyday and weightlift a few times a week. I am in shape and everything.In the last few month all the sudden i started getting stretch marks all over my inner and outer thighs and belive me im not pregnant! how do i get rid of them?!

You cannot really get rid of them but only prevent more from coming.
Put on some good cream and eat some good vitamines and oils. You can also get a nice tan which can hide the marks a little bit.

You don't have to be pregnant, or out of shape to get stretch marks. Are you a teen? You'll often get stretch marks if you're going through a growth spurt. Bodybuilders can get them if they put on a lot of muscle mass quickly.

Stretch marks are actually caused by a lack of Zinc in your diet. Oils and creams don't really help, but they are good for keeping your skin healthy.

If you feel that you are at a high risk of getting stretch marks, you can take a Zinc supplement. Here is some more info on Zinc..

Also, as Nina said, you cannot get rid of them.

I have my share of stretch marks myself, from losing alot of bodyfat fast, the only thing that you can do is keep training and improving, soon they will seem invisible. Take care of your skin in the mean time. Remember stretch marks are only scars that show how hard you have worked, like fighting scars.

Adrian - I hadn't heard that. I was about half way through ft's mass gainer and was starting to get some where my delts join the bicep. For different reasons I started taking ZMA about the same time and they didn't get any bigger. Learn something new here every day and I guess that might explain why they didn't get any bigger.
