I'm new here and I have selected to work on losing a little weight and toning to get abs and whatnot. From what I can see for my workout awaiting me in a week, it looks really good. Does this plan work?

Absolutely. However, I have found that sometimes I like to take the advice and examples from others on this site to tweak it a bit if I am not getting the results I want ot get a bit bored. Good luck and welcome to Free Trainers!

Thank you all. I'm really excited to get working on my new body. I'll be really happy when I finnaly get a six pack, and toughen up those legs and arms.

You know, a six pack isn't all it's cracked up to be. I have a pony keg, and it's very easy to maintain. lol :laugh::cool::dumbbell:
