What should you eat when you have the body type of a mesomorph and the metabolism of an endomorph? Any help would be cool. Thanks

Food!!! Healthy food. Protein, slow burning carbs and ess fat.
Look under FT nutrition and you'll get an idea.

Less fat isnt necessarily going to help. In males, more so than females, our bodies depend on healthy fats. Fats increase testosterone levels promoting muscle growth and increasing metabolism. I need a lot more information to help you with your diet. For one, what are you trying to do? Bulk up, slim down, trade some fat for muscle? Write back..

Sorry, I didn't mean LESS fat but ESSENTIEL fat!!! Big difference there.
One needs fat to BURN fat.
Never doubt the importance of fat, it's crucial.

I would like to achieve a bulky yet lean physique. I am pretty big now but would like to get bigger and keep the body fat off. I go nuts sometimes I will eat normally for a while and then I will go through what I call a cut phase where I stop eating sweets and try to compose most of my meals/snacks or protien and carbs. For instance I will eat like a can of tuna with some veggies or on a wrap with the above. A very natural diet I try to eat nuts and such for fat. But the second I eat something like pizza within a day it's like I have stored calories already.
