I was just wondering about drinking water while exercising. When I run on the treadmill or cross trainer, I normally get thirsty, and I was just wondering if it is right to drink water while do those things, or if i should wait until i am done exercising to drink the water. I have heard yes and no to this, so I am kind of confused, but want to be safe. Thanks to anyone who can help me with this. Have a good day:big_smile:

feel free to drink water as you need it. No set amount, if you are thirsty, feel free to drink.

It is recommeded to drink before you exercise and continue every 15 min....8 oz before 2 to 3 oz every 15min

If you are feeling thirsty, then you are already dehydrated so drink, drink, and drink some more! :)
