I was just wondering how many extra calories i'm burning while at work, i work at starbucks so i'm constantly on my feet, this may sound silly but i'm just trying to get evrything calculated with my calorie intake. Is an 8 hour shift the equivalant to a 20 min. cardio session or am i way off base. Are the calories burned while at work factored into the avergage amount of calories burned a day?
