how long is too long???

SO how long can you take a break from a fitness routine without losing what you have gained? Ive torn something in my elbow and now cant left diddly squat :(

You'll loose some strenght quite fast but when you have recovered you'll be able to gain it back quite fast (since your body remember!).
Still work your lower body and can you do things like swimming?

No you won't, huge bodybuilders only go to the gym once every 6 weeks and they still see gains in strnght every time

yes you will loose strenght, but you will wuick recover it

I believe (correct me if I'm wrong anyone), that if you continue to train the uninjured side, the rate of strength loss from the other side is actually reduced.

shredder....again alot of pro bodybuilder take prohormons and such......so they can do that an dnot loose anything, and actually get bigger lol
