Monday (8/16) I begin week three of my eight week FT Fitness Program. At 40 years old, 6'1' tall and 205 lbs. I am SERIOUS this time about getting lean and mean!

I have abused Fast Food for too long... and neglected to use my Bally's membership.

No more!

I haven't missed a scheduled day at the gym and I don't plan too! I dusted off my 21 speed mountain bike and ride 6-8 miles on my off gym days.

I load my MP3 player with AC/DC and power rock for extra motivation while riding and working out at the gym.

I have turned my bad eating habits around 180 degrees. I started using Whey Protein shakes and Creatine. I eat fresh vegetables and fruit...fresh chicken and tuna... plenty of fillers like beans and rice, spreading these throughout the day every three or four hours for small meals. I haven't seen much difference..YET! But I can FEEL the difference already!

I AM GONNA DO THIS! THIS IS FOR ME! NOTHING WILL STOP ME! I MAY HAVE A BAD DAY OR I MISS A DAY AT THE GYM. I AM NOT PERFECT, BUT STRIVE FOR PERFECTION AND I WILL RECOVER TO CONTINUE TO MY GOAL!

This a public proclamation, and I will succeed with the help of you here at Freetrainers.com!

Thanks!

Sounds good to me!!! If you want to ride the hills with me, I have some great road courses in KC for the bikes. (I have flat routes as well.)
