I believe you measure your arm at your side, it says it where it has each body part for you to measure. There is also an informational area you can click on to learn more about the graphing. If your body part shows higher and then another way low vs. in the middle, I believe those are the parts out of proportion, but it will tell you on the site.

My ankles and wrist are way out of proportion, but after boxing for a few months, my wrists actually gained 1/2 inch, so it changed a bit.

i would read the graph as such-- if you are on the level 0.0 line on each body part then you are perfect.
from a male point of view if my waist was too small and my chest too big then i should be satisfied(this probably applies to the ladies)... if the hips are too big then consideration of a pear shaped bone structure should be considered before bursting into tears...
and if the bicep for a man is too big then thats great but for a lady it means you've got bat wings and are a fat lump... probably!!!

it's a bit of fun and you could call it technically accurate if you are willing to include consideration for your own trained mind and training/diet regime and your goal of the time.. like i'm going for neck/shoulder/back/chest development now so if i get higher measures good but if i get the same or lower 3 months down the road but definition inproves then also good... but if i get fat back syndrome i'll cut back on the protein!

i c thanks for that so what do the numbers stand for? and if something is low minus on the graph that means its a less developed area?? cuz it said my shoulders was low and everything else was high on graph and my shoulders r the best development of my body... lol still confusing me heh seems interesting though:)

This stuff is a little bit confusing to me as well. Can anyone venture a guess at how accurate the body fat estimate on that site is? Because it says my body fat is 5.11 and I don't think it's that low.
