Hey everyone.. here I am with the IFBB update as usual..

Ok.. well the first pro show of the year is this weekend.. very exciting. The return of Lee Priest will be awesome. Most of these guys will hit their peaks the following week when they enter the Arnold Classic.

I'll keep the few whom are interested posted on the results.

I've seen pic from the pre-judging and Cormier looks amazing.. maybe his peak? Lee was also amazing and perhaps at his peak. It will be very interesting to see what happens at the Arnold next weekend since they will all most likely improve.. however they will be up against the strengths of Nasser, Levrone, James and Cutler.
