Ok even though I am home all the time, between my son and my wife who could give birth any day now I have not worked out Arrgghh!!!!

It's ok Mutt..You have a lot of stuff going on right now, and though you need to take time for yourself, if your wife is ready to pop any day, I think it is totally fine that you have not worked out, as I am sure you are spending all your time taking care of her. After the baby is born, and a routine gets set, then start taking some time for yourself and fitting in some of that much needed exersize!!! Good luck!

Hey Mutt, whew! New baby on the way, that can be stressful and exciting all at once!! Hang in there and remember you can always count on your determination to get you to where you want to be, I think you have a great way of making things happen, your going through a tougher time, you have a lot to look forward to and I KNOW from your posts your dedication to working out and how it makes you feel inside and out so I am confident that you will be back pumpin' iron soon enough!!:dumbbell:
