Buy Chains online?? I've searched and searched and I really want some chains, but can't find any.

Should I buy some bands as well?

You can go to a hardware store for chains. Get 5/8 link chains or 3/8 if you can't find 5/8 links. For bands www.westside-barbell.com

I've used both, and I would have to recommend the bands over chains. I use chains at the gym and in the weight room at school but I use bands at home. I defianetely have gotten stronger faster since useing the bands. I do prefer chains on some lifts though, such as high box squat, where they add some instability to the lift, but mostly I love the bands.
