find a bar that looks like this: /---\ grab onto the outter sides and pull up (palms facing away from you). Its a pullup but with your arms wider. if you do not have something like that in the gym...just do pullups.
I believe that's the one where you either pull your body up or pull the bar on the machine down. Use a wide grip and make sure you pull the bar in front of your face, not behind your head.
**I think this is for the muscles around your shoulder blades. (Sorry, not a technical answer.)
