I have a V shaped torso....very wide back and narrower lower body. It Looked good when I was younger and in better shape, but now it makes me look much fatter than I am. I am back on a fitness routine and am losing weight, but my question is....Is there any way to minimize a wide back? How do I work out my upper body without emphasizing my wide back and shoulders? :(
Now everybody is dreaming about having this famous V shape and you want to make it smaller? :surprised:
You cannot really minimize what you got (try many reps with moderate weight) but what about working on your lower body (to make everything more "balanced"!)?
