New to this have been working out for a few months is this routine ok?Work out about 5am 3 days a week prework drink grape juice&creatine weights for about 15-20 mins than a post workout of a whey protein shake than cardio for about 20 mins.On days off would i need to keep taking the prework out drink?Any suggestions?? All help would be great great site my first post!!!!!:big_smile:
On off days do not have the grape juice. No need for the extra insulin spike. Just have your creatine with water.
If you work out at 5am, it would probably be better for you to have some "fuel" before your workout. Blend up some protein and quick oats for instance and drink that down. About a half hour later you are ready to train. Have your creatine after your workout with your post workout shake.
