I was wondering what exercises will help in shoulder tie-ins with the bicep. That is a real problem area for me. ASSANTE

Front raises and lateral raises should help. Try to attck your biceps from different angles as well. That will cause different parts of the bicep that you may not be fully working to grow.

Be sure you work all three heads of the shoulder. Front Bent over lateral raises, Side raises, and millitary presses. How long have you been lifting?
