I have nice sice traps from playing football, but I was wondering if there any exercises that can help make them tie into the shoulder better? The problem is that my traps dominate my upper body and I'm trying to look more symmetrical in the neck and shoulder region.

Lateral raises, bent over lateral raises, military press, Arnold presses, or any other excercises for your shoulders. This will help you gain mass in your delts and give a more symetrical look.

Do lots of compund shoulder excercises. This will develop your delts along with your traps, but I wouldn't look at your traps as a problem. It's good to have something that stands out, shows the hard work you have put into them :). Best of luck -Sweeny (Bodybuilder & Athlete)
