i used this aand i will say this product changed my life. i lost over 30 lbs on it. it realy helped me. just wanted to let u ppl no if u were thinking about buying it.

I lost over 20# just by eating properly. I would suggest a delibrate change in diet and exercise to help you achieve your goals.

I have just started eating right so I am hoping thats whats going to help me. I have muscles but in order for me to get lean and toned I KNOW I have to eat right and the thing is I have only been doing it over the last couple days and it feels great.

That is good that you have lost that much, but most of us here, as you may notice, are trying to lose the old fashioned way - with good eating and exercise! I don't know how quickly you lost it and I hope you didn't sacrifice lean muscle, often a quick loss is due to body fluids and some fat and then lean muscle, too. The nice thing about eating right and using a good program is the benefits are building muscle and losing fat - not muscle. Often times after using a product that assists us in this battle to lose weight we find a quick gain followed by discouragement.

Thank you for sharing, I'm sure you are eating right and working out, too, and that is the bottom line!

Can't agree more with Veda, proper nutrition will work. Diet is the hardest thing we have to take care of.
Protein, good carbs and good fats.
