With that quick a turnaround, I would suggest whey and 1 minute oats. This would serve 2 purposes, first whey is very quick absorbing, and quick oats are higher glycemic than regular oats, so this combo would...1...get you out of a catabolic state from the night, and 2....give you quick nourishment available in the gym. Just put the two in a blender with water and drink up!
