hi this is my routine input and your opinion would be greatly appreciated.
WORKOUT
Day 1
Chest/triceps/shoulders/abs
Dumbbell bench press, dumbbell decline press, dumbbell flyes
4 sets 20, 10, 8, 6 90 second rest
Close grip bench press, bench dips
4 sets 15, 12, 11, 10 2 minute rest
Dumbbell press, upright rows, front raises
4 sets 20, 10, 8, 6 90 second rest
Weighted crunch, side bends (weighted), reverse crunch
4 sets 12-15 reps 90 second rest
Day 2 REST
Day 3
Biceps/upper back/abs
Concentration curls, incline curls
4 sets 15, 12, 11, 10 90 second rest
Barbell row, cable row, barbell shrug
4 sets 15, 12, 11, 10 reps 90 second rest
Weighted crunch, side bends (Weighted), reverse crunch
4 sets 12-15 reps 90 second rest
