I read about the drop-sets on this site and tried them out....i liked them and got a good burn but the thing is that my chest didn't really get a good one...(i did the drop sets on the bench)my arms and forearms felt like they got a good burn....if my chest isn't getting that burn does it mean that doing somethig wrong or i'm not having good form or is it normal??? would like to know if someone could clarify that for me.

It could be form, it could be a number of things. Check form first. If you just started training, a number of things could be the culprit. First, your shoulders, arms and forearms are weak and are bearing a good portion of the load. Check your form, and if it is correct, remedy this problem by doing some pre-exhaust first for the chest, like flies. Then do chest. You should feel it in your chest, this is what you are trying to work.

i suualy don't do drop sets on mass builders, they are for of coarse mass lol. I keep it to the isolation lifts, flys, cable cros overs, stuff like that. Like bb said look at your form, try keeping your elbows at a 90 degree angle, this will make the chest work and not the arms.
