Im starting a new work out plan soon to help shed some pounds and tone up abit. It involves weight training 5 times a week and hour of cardio 6 times a week. Now my problem is this. I need a good meal plan that is high enough in carbs to give me my energy but still not to low on everything else. I tried the Fitness planner here on the site and came up with 230g of protien,575g of carbs, 44g of fat and 3574 calories (daily for all) will that work out or should i switch to lose more weight and tone quicker?

Okay, you have no profile, so I have no idea what weight you are at, what gender, etc.
cardio 6 times a week for an hour is counterproductive, where did you get that plan? You are going to spin your wheels, lose muscle and get fatigued if you jump into that much cardio.
Give us a little more info to go/
Are you a beginner? have you been working out for a while? Who told you to do that much cardio? What type of weightlifting plan? What do you typically eat?
So many variables...

tsk tsk...dude..you're gonna land on overtraining land very soon if you keep on doing that, it's not healthy to tax your body that way. We don't want to deplete our energy sources, we want to challenge it. Listen to asimmer.

Why not punch in your details and try a FT programme. They have specific ones for weight loss and toning. As for the meals you'll fine plenty of information on the site and in the boards about good diet. All the best.
