i have lost a lot of weight over the last year, but now i want to but some size back on...the right way!! my only problem is i put on fat really easily. i lift a lot and am going to do more cardio. i was just looking for some advice and maybe some foods to eat to help me build some mass but put on as little fat as possible. thanks a bunch!!!!

chicken, chicken, fish, and more chicken.....watch the carbs and the fat intake

Follow the exercise program....... weight training 3-5 times per week, and cardio 3-5 times 30-45 min.
And drink water, lots of.

I know exactly what you mean, I have the same problem. I suggest eating lots of chicken, tuna, turkey and protein shakes. Try to stay away from the beef and keep track of your carb intake for sure. Best of luck!

P.S. Drink water, with some water, with water on the side!
