Hi, I recently bought 5 lbs of creatine recommended by free trainers and I took it for the first time todoay. But i noticed that after i take it in the morning before I eat, my stomach tends to feel kind of nasuous and gassy. Also, I had the same feeling when I took it right after I work out. Is this normal for loading stage or should I stop taking it? TY all
