This is a case of a picture being worth a thousand words. Or lack thereof anyway, in this case.

I read it a couple times, but maybe I'm just missing it: What is the difference between REGULAR Deadlifts and STRAIGHT LEG deadlifts. I noticed here in FT that one (regular) has a picture and the other does not, but I am looking to get the difference explained.

Hopefully before I go to the gym to do the straight leg one tomorrow based on the routine FT has written . . . Thanks for any/all input!

regular deadlifts use the whole body but mainly the lower back. Straight legged ones done right use the hams first then back second
