This morning I did my legs/calves workout.
Front Squats
Straight Leg Deadlift
Calf Raises
I've been reading about the onset of muscle soreness. Basically, most of what I've read talks about delayed onset. I wouldn't say that mine is too delayed because it's been 4 hours and I can already feel the soreness.
Can I offset this soreness so I don't have to walk funny tomorrow?

Take a hot bath.

Yep, the three you did can certainly let you feel the burn! I agree, hot bath! I don't know if this is "suppose" to help, but it does for me, I do nice and slow stretches throughout the day, it seems to help stretch out the muscles that are tightening, it feels better for a while, a least better than that soreness, I don't over stretch, though. I also always do a warm up exercise for those areas beforehand and a cool down and stretch after, though again, much is to be said about what is right - it just seems to work well for me.
Good job on the workout!!

Thanks you two!!
I'd love to take a bath. Unfortunately, our drain release broke and my husband took it out. He bought another drain to replace it, but he hasn't made/had the time to put the new one in. So, no baths for me. :(

It doesn't sound easy. It's not on next week's schedule so that's a PLUS!!!!!
I'm going to attempt one to see if I can even get back up.
