your were right he does all body parts but only 1 or 2 exercises for them. will he still gain any mass from continuing this

my friend works his entired body every other day (hedoesnt seperate different muscles with different days he does it all in 1 day) wen he does this he only does like 1 or 2 exercise for each body poart is he gonna see results .
