Hi all! Hope you enjoyed your weekend! I've been tired and dragging around for a week now, don't know what's up, but it is getting to me, going to try and shrug it off today, have missed my workouts as with my exhaustion came muscle exhaustion, very sore all over thing similar to the flu - I don't know if I overdid a workout, or emotionally stressed myself, but thought I was coming down with something initially, but it hasn't hit, so I guess it is something else, so I'm going to drag myself to my workout and see if it perks me up. My eating has been good, my weight is down nearly five pounds now, so even with the delay in my workouts, I have not resorted to stuffing my face, thankfully. I miss them, but have been reluctant to return until I felt better, but it stinks to just sit and think about working out. Wish me luck!

My weekend was exhasting in a good way. Had shopping to do on Saturday(took a good 4 hours, and then set up,tear down and hosting of a baby shower for my sister in law. I was running around like crazy!! A good point however was that Sunday my husband and I got a new king sized mattress for free, and I slept AWESOME last night!!! Going to go for a walk today(last week was a bummer for workouts) Looking to hit 15 minutes to get me back in the groove!

CristalBelle - a free king sized mattress, I'll bet that's nice to fall into at night! Good luck with the walking, I did my work out and do feel better!

My weekend was crazy! Considering it's winter over here the Resort was almost maxed out.

Monday was terrible. I made the kids chicken drumsticks and mashed potato and ate the one left over. Oh my god was I sick at 3:30 this morning! Never, ever, ever again! I could almost say it's put me off chicken forever, but I know it wasn't the chicken that did it to me, it was the skin on the chicken.

Enrolled for a business management course this morning (Tuesday) and Im feeling pumped! Im NOT spending the rest of my life cleaning up after other people. It's bad enough cleaning up after my kids and the OH.

So here's to a wonderful week guys and gals (raises water bottle) Cheers,
Donna

Good for you, Donna! On the class I mean, not the throwing up.:surprised:

Kathrynveda - I hope you feel better soon! When your body feels like that it probably needs rest and water!

Cristalbelle - now you will ahve more energy for your workouts, since you are sleeping better!

Thank you, Charlie, I hate reminding myself that I am not as strong as I want to be, that is the trick, telling myself I am stronger, but reminding myself that I am not strong enough to lift like Superman - afterall even Electrawoman has her limits!:dumbbell::angry::dumbbell:

Hi everyone. Sorry I haven't been around for a while. I've been busy with other things. My workouts have suffered but I have found time to get a new focus on my diet and I think the past week has really kick started some changes in my body. I need to weigh myself today to see what's happening.

I'll try and be around a little more in the future. I did some measurements yesterday and am happy to report that since May 11th (the first time I used mybodycomp.com), I've lost a little over 18 inches. Most is in my chest and tummy. I feel good.

Have a good one everyone.
