sorry about all these questions all of a suden, but thank u for those who have been helping me out. ok, if u work out a part of ya body say the chest and biceps (just an example) , and then the next day u do some cardio. on the day of the cardio does that some how count as a rest for the chest and biceps since your not workin them? (i tried to write this question as best i could srry if i made it sound confusing)
