Hi. I'm 14 and I'm trying to become more lean and fit. I currently weigh 150-155lbs. I would like to focus on seeing results rather than focusing on my weight. Being a student makes it difficult to eat healthy. I would say my diet is my biggest problem. I eat a lot of junk food and I need help finding healthier choices to replace junk food. I tend to eat more than I really need to. I'm pretty active and I try to lift weights, bike ride, run/jog, and/or rollerblade 3 times a week. I enjoy playing baseball, soccer, and horseback riding. I haven't had enough time to do all three so right now I'm only doing horseback riding. I've just started weight lifting. I was using a 5lb weight but it was making my elbows soar so I haven't done it in a week or so. I may start using a 2lb or 3lb weight instead. Is it okay for someone my age to be lifting weights? I've heard mixed opinions. Is it possible to start seeing results in two months? The main areas I want to work on are my glutes, stomach, and thighs. I need help forming a schedule on what days I should do what and how long and what are some good ideas for healthy meals and snacks. Any advice would be great. Thanks! Sorry for the long post I'm new to all of this.

Look in the diet section and read the sticky, "grocery list for a bodybuilder". This is an excellent list, and will get you on your way.

And yes, you will most definitely see results in 2 months.
