Due to my obsession with squats and deadlifts, since they are my favorite. SInce the challange has switched my lifting over to more "powerlifting style" I think my lower body has burned out because of the heavy weights that shot up from no where. Before I never went no where near 405 for reps on squats, now i can do it 4 or 5 times. that being said, My lower body needs a rest. However my uper body sems fine.......Uper back, traps, shoulders, chest tris and bis sem ok...... i'm still making discent gains with them....So think I could still train these body parts during the week, maybe on a 3 days split.......or should i just completly take a break.......I mean I need to get my bench up a lil bit so you guys don't beat me in the Challange :angry:

Do legs once a week, and work in the heavy stuff every other week.
Continue with upper body work, if you feel you are still making gains.

sorry I meant to type uper ok! not lower again........................I do do leg onces a week, except on back day I do deadlifts, I concider that more a back move. I do nothing more than once a wekk except for abbs.
