Hi all. I am a woman weighing 152lb at 5'6". My bf% is 23.
Definitely slightly over weight. I am doing 45min cardio 5 x a week followed by light lifting. Today I started using 5mg of Anavar. I am hoping this will help me lean up and harden. Has anyone taken this? Is the dosage to low?
Any comments would be greatly appreciated

I haven't taken Anavar, but I would like to advise you to do your light exercises first then finish up with cardio.

Are you aware that Anavar is a steroid? Yes, you will make gains with it. It is not as potent as some of the others like Dianabol for instance, but still. Be careful.

5mg for a woman is a normal dose but if you are taking var to lose weight it won't happen.Steroids does not burn fat.Your diet and cardio do that.
