Hey big guy, I've been wondering where you were. Was about ready to send out a serch party. I hope the stuff in your personal life isn't all bad. Take advantage of your training sessions and ask a LOT of questions. I drive the trainers at our gym nuts with my questions. But hey, inquiring minds want to know......right? Best of luck with the new program and your personal life. I've missed your wit and wisdom, welcome back.:dumbbell:

Hey guys,
Since I last spoke to you, I've changed gyms again. My 3rd gym in three years is "Gold's," and they are, suprisingly, the cheapest I've had at $38.00 per month.
Anyway, with a bunch of stuff that came up in my personal life recently, I've been averaging about 1.5 days per week at the gym. With this new membership, I get a few free training sessions.
Now, most of us at this "intermediate" level have a pretty good idea of how to grow, etc. But since I've plateaud anyway, I figure it's time to change directions in a bigger way than just changing exercises and diet. So I'll use this personal trainer to get me going up the steeper hill to bigness.
Other than that, any advice on which track to follow?

Quit smoking?:laugh: JUST KIDDING .. I haven't done it myself though I have cut down alot.
I'll leave the specific growth advice to those who have knowledge of their own, but congrats on the new gym (that's a great deal!) and good luck on kicking off the plateau.

Wit and Wisdom? Perrumph. Thank gawd for lovely ladies and their non-testosterone-laden wisdom ;) Good to be back; I'll still be hit and miss for a while, but hope to be more regular in the fall when I start back to school (A 32-year-old Junior, what gives).
