Stationary Bike - Which Style?

I just wanted to know which style my plan is talking about or if it even matters. Is it the Upright, semi-recumbent or recumbent. :I

I don't know which one your plan means, most likely upright.
If you have access to different types, switch it up on different days requiring bike for cardio. Recumbent changes the emphasis on your quads.
