i was wonering about how many pounds could a beginners see added to there bench in one month. Or per month on average. also is ok, if i skip a workout dat move it to the next. i just noticed in my basement that i got some mold under my stairs and my bench and weights are like within 10 feet of it. so i'll need to clean that up.

Depends on your will....One time I only added about 5 pounds to my bench, because I was careless and just had no motivation however this past month I added about 20 pounds to it, because I have been fired up about getting in the gym.

It also kinda depends on your size. If you're a smaller-framed person, then I wouldn't look to gain that much weight. Yea, don't workout next to mold, I think your house could even be condemned for that. Or am I thinking of mildew??

black mold is the bad one.. not all mold is that big a deal.
