Today was my chest day and I did Dumbell Bench Press and Dumbell Flyes, 4 sets, 12 10 8 8 reps. The thing is, my chest isnt getting fatigued or really pumped much. I go until failure, but it seems like my arms are failing first. I believe I am using proper form. Shoulder blades pulled together and towards the buttox. 3 points of contact are feet butt and shoulders. My arms seem to be getting fatigues too fast. Should I remove chest from my workout plan for a while until I strengthen my tris? Whats the deal!?!?! Any advice would be appreciated. Like other exercises and or how to modify my technique. Also, my chest has not gotten sore since I began working out except for my first chest workout, which is very discouraging. Please help! thanks so much for replies:big_smile:
Your chest or any muscle doesn't have to be sore to have a good worktout... I would suggest really concentrating on using the chest muscles... feel the movement with the chest...
