Hi everone. since my last post I've gone thru changes. I'm not a year older and I'm an FT Pro (status).

For my new program. I'm doing 5 days a wk. It tells me to do 25min on Elliptical Machine!?! This sounds like too much doesn't it? I want to get rid of same fat but I feel I need to gain weight also.

...replace the "not" with "now". Where's the Edit button?

Your heart is the most important muscle of all! Don't ever neglect it totally. Try to do your cardio on days off to help with your muscle gains. This will also help keep bodyfat at a minimum too.

Good advice. But I only have two days off and I don't I wanna spend them doing cardio since it is my day off. Will it have an affect in my gains? Will it slow it down if I just went ahead and did the 25min cardio right after my workouts?
Thanks.

you will probably loose the most fat from diet changes...but 25min of cardio is probably recommend b/c it takes a while for the body to get going in total fat burining (aerobic) mode.

it may reduce your gains, but once you get your fat down to where you like then reduce the cardio.
