right noq i am doing 4 sets of 50 crunches........ and it seems to be helping.........is there any other excerises that i can do that will make them show a lil more? also my lower abs arents showing at all . is there ny other excerises i can do for it?

i'm having the same problem. i started doing crunches twice a day, but i still have a gut near my lower abs. how do i get rid of that?

Dub....diet is your answer if you have abs built. To see your abs, you have to be lean enough. If not, a layer of fat will cover them.
foz...this applies to you and Dub, you need more than crunches to build your "6 pack". Abs are muscles, and need to be worked with weights to overload them and make them grow. And rest of course. The rest of the equation as above is diet.
