I have about three months until my wife gives birth to our baby girl. In the last couple of weeks since I have found this site I have gotten so excited about working out again. There is so much that I don't know about nutrition it is so confusing. I am just scared that after the baby comes I will have a hard time getting to the gym. I just wanted to post something to keep a public goal of staying active. During the first six weeks while my wife is at home I will probably have to stick with workouts that can be done at home. After that I want to hit the gym as hard as I am now. Thanks to all that give such good advice on this website!!!!

Welcome to FT livers20. :)

There is no doubt that you will be very busy for the first while with your new baby (congrats by the way! :) ) but if you can get some time for yourself (and your wife to have some time for herself) you both will benefit from it.

Try the forum for nutrition if you have questions - you may find answers to questions you have that may already be answered.
