When is a good time to eat? right before you work out? Right After? the right after is always tempting becuase you'se just burned all those calories and you're a little tired and hungry. But eating before makes me feel a little heavy and lazy. is it counterproductive to workout then eat a meal? Does the kind of food matter? And how much water should you been drinking before, during, and after working out? i've heard a lot of variations.
