Any body know any good exercises to do on a 14ft Trampoline?
My kids have one in the back yard and I have been thinking about using it for Cardio to avoid the traffic both vehicle and pedestrian. I under stand that a trampoline is suppost to be great for your joints-less wear.
-------------- I will get to it as soon as I am done lifting.

All you need to do for great cardio on a trampoline is jump up and down on it like your kids do, for about 30-45 minutes.

Hey, Woodie, I have one, too! It has a weight restriction of 185 pounds, though, so I'm afraid I may bust through it at 228...I love the thing and am tempted anyway....let me know if you go for it!

Veda,
There should be enough of a safety factor biult in to cover what very little extra you appear to have in your pic. I'm going to start using ours Friday for cardio.

Okay, I'll give it a shot, I just love those things! I just hope my feet don't hit the ground instead!! The last time I got on one was a few years ago and it was a blast - it left a good burn in my calves, thighs and buttocks, and when I did some twists at the waist that was pretty good, too! Let me know how your workout went, I probably won't do mine until tomorrow or Friday as I think I worked out a bit too hard yesterday and got too little sleep and feeling really blllaaahhhh today so I'm going to keep my workout a lighter today. GOOD LUCK! BOUNCE BOUNCE!!
