DEADLIFT PROBLEM

On my new program i need to do deadlifts. but at 24 hour fitness there is no space to do deadlifts. is there a lift to do in place?? Please help!!

it doesn't take much room to do deadlifts. Does your gym have a freeweight squat rack? How about freeweight bench? Just put the bar on the floor and throw some weight on it. If you can't use a bar, use heavy dumbells

what do you mean there is no room? Simply do it in front of a squat rack.. that should be plenty.

For ur lower back u can do hyperextensions.Its just great for ur lower back

hyperextensions = tone

deadlifts = solid foundation as well as thickness & mass

Ive been doing them in front of the squat rack but they are acting really wierd about it, im the only one thats ever done them there i guess? thx.

Forget about what other people think! If you're the only one that ever does deadlifts, then you're the only smart one that goes to that gym. Don't worry about it.

recently, i have realized a more effective way of doing deadlitfs. well, i would suggest that, when lifting the bar, do not squat too much just slightly bend your knees. stress more on your lower back and legs. you must be very careful about the position of your back when you are doing this excercise because, if not, it might cause an injury to your lower back. try it. it is great.
