lol I knew that heading would make you look!

I just wanted to say how pleased I am that today I was discharged from the rheumatology clinic, having had problems with my finger and wrist joints due to hypermobility.

The doc said I'd "cured myself" by strength training and I shouldn't get any more problems. Cool!

Would it be classified as overly competitive if I refused to let a 4 year old beat me at chutes and ladders?

I think that too can be self-medicated. Strength training for the wrists, was it Princess??

David - Although this was intended as a serious post I would have been disappointed if nobody had picked up on that :)

Well, I would hate to disappoint. Plus, it is good to hear that you probably will not be having any more problems, and can't use it as a crutch in the mutt challenge.:big_smile:

By doing flexibility testing or by strength training their wrists?

I think I could hurt myself do flexibility testing, and strength training the wrists...or to get really twisted, if I was doing flexibility testing while strength training the wrists, but if I did that I might not get to look at the tv...what does that mean??

Perhaps the letter "d" on the end of the title would have quieted our suspicions a bit. Just a guess...
