hey to anybody that can help i lift atleast once a day for 5 to 6 days a week and i use to grow really big but now i notice i am shrinking alittle and i don't want to is there anybody that may of gone threw something like this just help me on a solution to stop so i can get bigger.ive noticed srinking in my neck and chest..and i can't build my calves well i work on them they just don't grow can somebody please help me.. mello

what is your current training split and diet? Seems that you have either hit a plateau or are overtraining.

well if u have left bodybuilding for good then its not much possible 2 retain ur usual physique.Still u can do abit at ur home 2 keep u in good shape.Do the very basic exercises at ur homme so that u retain atleast what u have.Otherwise u need 2 have access on weights.

Have you tried changing you're workouts to shock the muscles or anything different since you started working out? Arnold's right: post your current diet/supplement plan and workout info so we can help you out.

i eat 6 to 7 meals a day consisting of more then 200 graams of protien and i train chest 2 times a week arms once legs 1 times a week and back one time a week and i rest in the middle and the end of the week
