Hey everyone, help me out if you can. My upper abs are starting to show slightly, but not my lower abs. How can I focus my workout on my lower abs?

Well if your lowers aren't showing is likely your Diet, you need to loose that last little bit of Fat thats hiding them. Although, hanging Leg raises, seated leg raises, and Weighted Lying leg lifts are suppose to target the lower abs more. But it will do no good to blast them, if they are covered anyways

What you eat determines if your abs show or not. :)

Foods off the "grocery list for healthy eating" in the specific diet and nutrition forum. Also need to learn how to eat. Can be found in the same forum.
