Absolutely. I honestly don't even worry about VS anymore. That's old news in my honest opinion. There have been soooo many new studies (not just from supplement companies) showing that CLA is beneficial to everyone. Seriously something to consider. Do a search for CLA and I'm sure you'll find some of the new articles written about it. Try to avoid reading the ones from the supplement companies as they are very biased.
