Hello again everyone. I just started a program again and I haven't had a "down" (bipolar) in a little while. I don't want to go to hardcore at first just so I keep it up and not quit right away like I always do.
Anyways, I just started a Men's Fitness fat loss workout (April issue) and I am going to walk just about every day. How much walking do I need to do to actually be beneficial? I know it isn't nearly as good as running, or HIIT, but how much would be good?
